The most important places to see:
- ruins of the summer residence of the Poniatowscy family from XVIII century in Góra. This palace built in 1780 by Stanisław Zawadzki witnessed many events. During the Second World War the palace burnt down and was not rebuilt. 
- Góra village, mentioned already in the 15th century, as a part of Nałęczowie family’s goods is a real centre of monuments of the commune. We can find here: beautiful but neglected monumental granary with features of the classical architecture, smithy and classical printing house from the 18th century. 
- classical chapel on the churchyard in Wieliszew from 1834,
- the memorial cemetery in Wieliszew (remains of the Russian cemetery),
- “Grupa Forteczna Janówek” (The Janówek Fortification Group) was being created between 1883 till 1888 (brick-soil building) and between 1912-1915 (reinforced concrete buildings). Today, these destroyed buildings of large dimensions, serve rock-climbers as training walls.
- archeological place in Krubin, 
- a dam in Dębe was opened in 1963. This power station produces clear energy of amount 91 GWh a year.
